Reception instructions
Guests are asked to communicate their arrival time to the Management.
If guests experience an unexpected event or are unable to reach the property at the time communicated, they can contact Martina using the mobile number +39 3481481490 to notify them of the delay or for information on how to find us.
Upon arrival, each guest is asked to hand over a valid identity document to complete all administrative and bureaucratic formalities.
Rules of conduct
Kind guests are asked to keep the television and any music systems at a volume that respects the quiet and harmony of the environment, especially during rest times: from 2.00pm to 4.00pm and from 11.00pm to 9:00 am.
Regarding theft or possible loss, the management is not responsible for theft or loss of objects left unattended inside the structure.
The parking inside the structure is not guarded: although there is no particular risk for your vehicles, we advise you, for greater safety, to lock your cars.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. Smokers are also asked to throw butts in the designated ashtrays or garbage bins in their apartment.
The farmhouse carries out separate waste collection. Guests are asked to use the appropriate containers that you will find in the apartment.
It is forbidden to use extra heating appliances, irons and open flames in the rooms.
We ask guests not to leave dishes outside the kitchen and to put them away clean.
Kind guests are asked to report any accidental breakages caused during their stay.
We invite our guests to adopt behavior that respects the peace and relaxation of other customers, especially during daytime and nighttime rest hours.
The guest is required to respect the environments, equipment and furnishings found in the structure.
It is forbidden to introduce people from outside the structure into the rooms or common areas, unless agreed.
We also ask you to be respectful of the environment, animals and to reduce waste to a minimum.
Some of the company areas are prohibited or closed, for everyone's safety we ask you to respect the prohibition signs.
Children on the farm must always be accompanied by a responsible adult, the Management declines any responsibility for accidents involving children left unattended.
The Management reserves the right to request compensation for any damage to animals, plants, objects, furnishings and equipment.
Contractual conditions
Booking and confirmation:
Reservations can be made either by telephone or by email. Once availability has been verified, we will respond within 24 hours of the request.
Prepayment of the first night is required within 7 days of the start of the stay. In case of non-payment, the reservation will be considered null and void.
Check in:
From 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm on the day of arrival.
In case of arrivals at a different time than indicated at the time of booking, please communicate this in advance.
You must have a valid personal document.
After 24 hours of delay on the expected arrival, if no communication is received, the Management can freely decide to cancel the entire reservation.
Check OUT:
By 11.00 am on the day of departure.
Please do not leave food or drinks inside the room.
If there is a need to stay longer, please let us know in advance to allow our activities to be carried out better.
Early departure does not give the right to any refund.
Payments:
The balance of the stay will be paid on the day of departure.
The payment methods accepted at our facility are: cash, debit cards and credit cards
Any multiple or special invoicing must be requested the day before departure.
Cancellation method:
Cancellation of the reservation must be sent via email.
If the amount of the first night has already been paid, this will be refunded in full if the cancellation is formalized within 7 days of the start of the stay. If the cancellation is received later, the amount of the first night will be retained.
Breakfast
Breakfast is included in the price of your stay and is offered with take-away service. At check-in you will be given a menu of your choice, in which you can select the products you want to find in the basket that will be delivered to you at the agreed time in your apartment. Any hot drinks must instead be prepared independently.
Allergies or intolerances
Any allergies or intolerances must be communicated at the time of booking, or in any case before arriving at the facility. Together with the Management, the best solution for managing breakfast will be found. However, we decline any type of responsibility for failure to communicate allergies and intolerances and for food prepared independently by guests within the structure.
Reorganization of apartments
Bath towels and sheets are changed once a week
Extra cleaning and linen supplies may be requested for a fee.
The bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer.
Free Wi-Fi
You can connect to the internet. Wi-Fi is free with a password to be requested from the Management.
Animals
Pets are always welcome in our facility, but they are not allowed on sofas and beds! In any case, out of respect for other guests, health and hygiene regulations and for everyone's safety, animals must always be kept on a leash. The droppings must be collected by the owners and thrown into the garbage.
The lake
The structure is embellished by the presence of a natural lake which is located near the apartments. The lake is fenced and access is strictly prohibited for safety reasons. Inside the fence there are also animals that can only be approached from outside the fence. The Management declines any responsibility for any accidents involving guests who violate the above prohibitions
Distance from the hives
Our company hosts several families of bees that produce our exquisite wildflower honey. Signs are placed near the hives indicating that it is forbidden to approach the houses. The Management declines any responsibility for accidents involving guests who do not comply with the above prohibitions. Any allergic subjects are asked to inform the Management upon arrival and to take all necessary measures to avoid any type of inconvenience.
